The foundation of the Modern-Day Education System and Why You Will Fail With It

So, I’ve Been Doing A Lot Of Reading On The History Of Our Present-day Education System And Studying The Best Education Systems In The World And What Makes Them Stand Out (Check Out Finland. Amazing Work!).
I Found Out A Couple Of Things, But I’ll Stay On The Topic Of This Article For Today.
Please Note That This Article Describes The Post-Colonial/post-slavery Era.
Prior To This Civilization, There Were Schools Way Back In Rome As The Then World Power, Greece, Egypt And All The Way Back.
Before The Advent Of Schools, Slaves Worked The Plantations And Factories Of Their Masters.
Then The Latter Decided It Would Be More Profitable If The Workers (Slaves) Were Taught The Intricacies Of Work And Production.
So School Was Invented And Work Was Taught In Details.
Soon After, The Masters Decided It Was More Productive For Business If The Workers Were Committed To It.
So Wages Were Introduced.
The Idea Was That As A Slave, You Would Go To School And Then Get Employed For Wages Upon Finishing.
It Looked Dignified And Offered Security, So Many Former Slaves Bought The Invention And It Became A Tradition To Send Their Children To School, So They Would Come Out And Get Employed For Wages.
It Became The Established Norm.
Go To School. Yes. Graduate. Get A Job. Pass It On.
Now, The Advantage Of That System Was SECURITY.
Because Many Of These People Had Jobs Waiting For Them To Just Round-off Schools And Get Wages.
SECURITY Was The Bait.
And For The While, It Was Fine.
Fast-forward To The 21st Century…

Here’s Why The Education System Has Failed And WILL NOT MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:
It Does Not Have The Capacity To. Simple.
Everything In It Builds You For 4, 6, 8, Whatever Number Of Years To Come Out And Earn Wages.
Now Wait Just A Minute.
Earning Wages In Itself Is Not Wrong.
You’re Supposed To Get Paid For Your Efforts.
The Problem Is, THEN, Employers Sought Employees.
TODAY, Employees Seek Employers.
The Tables Have Turned And There Are Too Many Empty Plates Waiting For An Almost-empty Pot.
Question For You:
Do You Learn Financial Intelligence In School?
Seldom.
Are You Taught How To Make, Manage, And Multiply Money? No.
Basic Money Terms Like ROI, Compound Interest, Asset Allocation, Net Worth, Capital Gain, Portfolio, Appreciation, Even Something As Basic As Commission, Are Not Familiar Terms To The Undergraduate Who Isn’t Studying Accounting.
And You Are Supposed To Be Rich. Yes?
Okay. Leave Finance.
Are You Taught Emotional Intelligence That Helps You Relate With People And Is An 85% Determinant Of Your Success In Life?
Hardly.
Are You Taught High-income Skills That Are Relevant To The Market? No.
